Apart from the fact that both Nya and Xristina are now actively dating guys — Joe and Rico, respectively — episode 5 of Transcendent is essentially connective tissue bridging two more interesting episodes. (If you want further proof, wait until the “on the next episode of” for a teaser of Big Freedia’s performance at Pride).

SAN FRANCISCO—Officer Broderick Elton of the San Francisco Police Department was featured on episode four of Fuse’s original documentary series “Transcendent” on Wednesday October 21.

The series follows a group of San Francisco transgender cabaret performers through their struggles and triumphs both professionally and romantically.

Transcendent Episode 4 picks up right where episode 3 left off: with Bambiana and Bionka having it out on a park bench, and reconciling over the news that both have decided to have bottom surgery. It is also the flirtiest episode yet, focusing almost exclusively on Xristina and Bambiana.

Take five transgender women with various ambitions and wants out of life and follow them with cameras as they all interact at a popular San Francisco nightclub, AsiaSF,a and you’ve got “Transcendent.”

The Fuse reality series kicked off recently and if you’ve been following the adventures of Xristina, LA, Nya, Bambiana and Bionka, you know the show is a mix of fun, drama and you also might learn that being transgender isn’t as different as anyone else.

Transcendent Ep. 3 Recap: Bionka Wants a Mercedes Between Her Legs

Picking up right where Transcendent episode 2 left off, the ladies of AsiaSF are considering adding a male revue to broaden the club’s reach. Bambiana does not seem to approve of the idea in concept, and a bit of tension breaks out between her and Bionka when the latter blurts out that she’d like to fuck the male dancers. It’s not the only quibble over the club’s lineup of performers, as Nya discloses to L.A. that her audition didn’t go well, but that Nya pulled a few strings to get L.A. another shot.

Fuse transcends original series premieres

Fuse, which targets Millennials ages 18-34 and recently re-launched, had the top original series premieres in its history for that group with Transcendent. It also broke its records for households and persons 2+ (Fluffy Breaks Even). And, Big Freedia: Queen of Bounce delivered the highest-ever season premiere on Fuse in the 18-34 demo for its season four premiere.
