Director Edward Gunawan just announced that the short film “Laundromat†won the audience award at the Fresno Reel Pride 2008: The Fresno LGBT Film Festival. Calpernia and I have supporting roles in the film, which follows a young gay couple. After a chance encounter with an older man at the laundromat, they realize that the little things mean nothing and everything when it comes to love.
